CIMBRONI - Refund & Return Policy

ONLY FOR GODS.

CIMBRONI is not a drink. It is a ritual. A vessel. A key.

Each bottle is created in small batches, aged for 33 days in oak, and released in limited numbers. As such, we treat every order with reverence.

RETURNS

All sales are final. CIMBRONI is crafted for Gods, not mortals - once a bottle leaves our altar, it cannot be returned to us.

REFUNDS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund. Proof of damage (photograph) must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method.

We cannot offer refunds for bottles that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.

RARE EXCEPTIONS

We reserve the right to review each case individually. On rare occasions, when the stars align, an exception may be granted.
