It began on the Amalfi Coast.
A wedding at Villa Cimbroni, a place built for poets, dreamers, and gods. There, overlooking the edge of the world, the founders raised a glass in celebration and idea for the world’s most luxurious Sambuca was born. A calling. CIMBRONI was never meant to be made. Just an idea that refused to die. Born to disrupt centuries of tradition, and perfect it. It’s not for everyone. But then again, neither is the truth.

THE WHY
Sambuca was once a classic. Steeped in ritual. Created in 1851 in Italy. But over the years it has been cheapened. Mass-produced. Forgotten. Treated like an afterthought in the temples of modern mixology.
We created CIMBRONI to reclaim it.
To give sambuca the seat at the table it was always meant to hold, at the intersection of luxury, mythology, and mastery.
